Mr. Peter Christen founds the BD Werkzeugtechnik in Zürich.
Foundation of the public company and ISO certification 1996
The personal company is switched into a public company. To improve the customer service and the delivery chain the ISO9001 certification is done.
Assumption 2004
Because of missing succession the BD Werkzeugtechnik AG is taken over by Daniel Hausammann and integrated into the Hausammann group. Hausammann is one of the leading manufacturers for lubricant dosing feeders in the world und the brand name “Reilang”.
Foundation of BD Components Ltd. Hongkong
To meet the requirements of globalisation the BD Components Ltd. Is founded in Hongkong and becomes part of the Hausammann holding.
New CEO and junior partner 2008
Mr. roger farner enters the BD Werkzeugtechnik AG as new share holder and becomes the new managing director.
Joint venture in Taiwan 2012
To increase the global competition a joint venture with a Taiwanese producer of impact sockets is settled up.
BD Solutions in Germany 2016
In 2016 the BD Solutions ltd. Is founded. The BD Solutions is responsible for the belongings of Logistics and assembly of the BD Werkzeugtechnik AG.
